The growing demands on today’s health systems, limited resources, technological transformation, and global health crises once again underline the vital importance of strong and visionary leadership. Such leadership must safeguard not only the present but also the future to ensure excellence for sustainable healthcare. For this reason, the congress theme has been set as “Leading Excellence for Sustainable Healthcare”.
The congress sub-themes were determined as follows in relation to this theme:

• Driving Growth through Strategic Partnerships in Healthcare
• Evidence-Based Practice and Quality Improvement
• Frontline Innovations and Best Practices in Clinical Care

We believe that participants will discover the power of leadership in achieving excellence for sustainable healthcare. We also hope that they will gain the skills to define strategies, design systems, and develop tools for excellence in today’s ever-changing and digitalized healthcare world. During the congress, participants will not only engage in inspiring discussions on how to lead excellence for sustainable healthcare and learn from best practices, but they will also benefit from opportunities for collaboration and networking with colleagues from all around the world.
The Organizing Committee is preparing a stimulating and memorable program, featuring oral and poster presentations from participants alongside keynote speeches by distinguished international and national experts, to ensure that participants gain maximum benefit and leave with satisfaction.
In addition to the rich scientific program, participants will have the chance to explore Ankara, the capital of Türkiye and the birthplace of the Republic, renowned for its rich historical heritage, cultural diversity, and modern character. Ankara also serves as a gateway to some of Türkiye’s most remarkable destinations: the mystical landscapes of Cappadocia, the spiritual city of Mevlâna—Konya, and Istanbul, one of the world’s most captivating metropolises.
We warmly invite you to join us on this meaningful journey where science and culture converge.
Come and be part of the 9th International Nursing Management Conference, which will be held in Ankara on 26–27 June 2026, and whose outcomes we believe will make valuable contributions to the scientific community.
We look forward to welcoming you among us.
