Acceptance/Rejection Notification: April 30, 2026 (will be automatically sent to the registered email address in the system)
Conference Registration and Payment Deadline: May 31, 2026
Full Text Submission Deadline: June 28, 2026
● One author can register for the conference with up to 2 abstracts.

Abstract Submission Rules

● Abstracts must be submitted only through the “AbstractModule®” system on the website www.inmc2026.org. Abstracts sent by mail, fax, or email will not be accepted.
● Abstracts must be written in accordance with English language and grammar rules, with a maximum length of 300 words. Turkish abstracts will not be considered for review.
● The title should be brief and reflect the abstract's content.
● The institution name, abstract, keywords, and all other fields must be filled out in English.
● When submitting, make sure to fill out all required fields in the system.
● AbstractModule® enables users to save and edit their abstract within the system until they choose to submit the final version.
● Once abstracts are submitted to the system, they cannot be deleted or modified.
● Abstracts can be research, review, experience sharing, or case reports.
● The presenter of the abstract must be clearly indicated in the system.
● The Scientific Committee will review the abstracts for scientific quality and relevance using a double-blind peer review process.
● The Scientific Committee may change the presentation type and category of accepted abstracts.
● Accepted abstracts will be presented in person.
● Although English is encouraged as the presentation language, authors may choose to present in Turkish.

Oral Presentation Rules

● Presentations will be conducted in either English or Turkish, based on the preference of the authors.
● Duration: 10 minutes for the presentation plus 5 minutes for discussion (total of 15 minutes). The presentation time may vary based on the abstract program.
● Presentations must be uploaded to the computer in the appropriate hall or control room at least 2 hours prior to the scheduled time.


Poster Presentation Rules

● Posters are required to be prepared in English.
● Dimensions: 70 cm (width) x 90 cm (height).
● Posters must be displayed in the designated area on the specified date and number.
● Discussions will occur at the scheduled times listed in the program. Authors must be present at the poster area during the designated times.

* The guidelines for preparing and presenting oral and poster abstracts will be sent to the authors' registered email addresses.


Full Text Submission Rules (Submitting full text is optional)

● Accepted abstracts may be submitted as full papers upon the author's request.
● Full papers must be uploaded via the “AbstractModule®” system, using the specified template.
● Length: 1500–2000 words (excluding references).
● Number of references: at least 10 and no more than 20.
● The Scientific Committee reserves the right to exclude full texts that do not adhere to the format from the Full Paper Proceedings Book.
